Looking for your child to get off their screens and learn valuable life skills? Through this class for kids 7-12yo, we want to help ignite your child’s imagination and build their self-confidence. Our instructor will guide your child through the basics of woodworking while giving them an avenue to express themselves physically, emotionally, and to explore the exciting world of working with your hands to build anything.

✅ Develop patience, focus and emotional regulation through practicing with their hands
✅ Build self-confidence when able to complete tasks independently
✅ Independence & Interdependence (doing self, vs asking for assistance)
✅ Technical basic woodworking skills
✅ Creativity (choosing wood pieces, drawing/painting on designs on the project)
✅ If interested in more than 1 session, they will learn to use more tools, and will be able to slowly build slightly more complex projects as they progress through the sessions

Yes, it is totally safe. We have chosen projects suitable for the capabilities of typical 7yo - 12yo participants, and we will not be introducing any high risk power tools in this session particularly, until they have proven that they are proficient in those tools.
In the case of any unwanted physical injury or emergencies, our instructors are first-aid trained and will tend to the matter immediately.
Yes, each participant will bring home the project they have made.
Sorry, we don't have any waiting area in our workshop. Guardians can head to nearby McD / Da Men mall / mamak shops, or can wait outside the workshop
Parents can also participate inside the class, but limited to space (eg. if we reach 15 participants max capacity, then no parents are allowed in)
